BASIS

ACMOSIT 64-82 is a transparent, mineral oil-based cooling lubricant, free of amines and boric acid, with a wide range of applications and high technical performance.
 

PROPERTIES

ACMOSIT 64-82 can be used universally for machining and grinding.
ACMOSIT 64-82 guarantees extremely long periods of use without odour formation and without decomposition. It is therefore extremely economical. The heat dissipation and lubricating effect of the emulsion are outstanding. This makes for optimum cutting performance and long tool standing times.
ACMOSIT 64-82 is very low-foaming in all kinds of water qualities and thanks to its low pH value (7.5-8.8) is not irritating to the skin. If you are changing from a different cooling lubricant, the machinery should first be cleaned using our system cleaner ACMOSOL 133-30 (see separate leaflet)
 

APPLICATION

ACMOSIT 64-82 is mixed in water from 4%. Do not use an emulsion of less than 5% for grey cast iron.
