ACMOSITOL 62-07 is eminently suitable for thread-cutting in difficult highgrade steels and other steels. Also suitable for sawing, milling, drilling and reaming.
Smooth, clean threads are obtained with the use of minimum force. The thread flanks do not tear on reversal. Tool wear is minimized and tool life maximized.
By virtue of the very low viscosity of ACMOSITOL 62-07, the thread-cutting fluid penetrates into the finest cutting spaces, thus conveying its ultrahigh-efficiency components to the points of maximum load application.
No swarf can settle on the threads because ACMOSITOL 62-07 is of very low viscosity and does not gum. The residues remain soft, even after a considerable time, and can easily be washed off if necessary.
Non-ferrous metals may darken if considerable heat is generated or if the parts are stored for any length of time. There is a risk of corrosion on contact with some non-ferrous alloys.
 

APPLICATION

ACMOSITOL 62-07 is applied in undiluted form using a dropper, brush or hand-spray. The thread-cutting fluid should not however be dispensed with delivery pumps.
