ACMOSITOL 62-23 is eminently suitable for thread-cutting in steel, high-grade steel, grey cast iron and light alloy. Excellent lubricant action. Also suitable for sawing, milling, drilling and reaming.
Smooth, clean threads are obtained with the use of minimum force. Tool wear is minimized and tool life maximized.
ACMOSITOL 62-23 fluid penetrates into the finest cutting spaces, thus conveying its highefficiency lubricant to the points of maximum load application.
No swarf can settle on the threads because ACMOSITOL 62-23 does not gum. The residues remain soft, even after a considerable time, and can easily be washed off if necessary. Steel or light alloys are not corroded.
For high-grade steels which are especially difficult to machine, we recommend the use of ACMOSITOL 62-07.
 

APPLICATION

ACMOSITOL 62-23 is applied in undiluted form using a dropper, brush or hand-spray. The thread-cutting fluid should not however be dispensed with delivery pumps.
