ACMOSIT 63-08 is a punching oil free of chlorine based on mineral oil.
 

PROPERTIES

AACMOSIT 63-08 can be used for punching and shaping aluminium and steel and to a limited extent also high-grade steel. ACMOSIT 63-08 is also suitable for deep-drawing of stainless steels.
ACMOSIT 63-08 has an excellent lubricating effect, good wettability and forms a stable, surfacecovering lubricating film with good adhesion properties.
 

APPLICATION

ACMOSIT 63-08 is used undiluted.
Please ensure that the material to be machined is wetted uniformly and on both sides with ACMOSIT 63-08 and that this coating does not break away.
Depending on the material thickness the quantity applied must be increased or reduced.
 

SUPPLY FORM

Non-returnable drums with net contents of
